Is it possible; Changing the player light?

Ok, So the default player light is loving bright, And i was wondering if it's possible to change it to the "Dim white light" that i have.

Probably, there was once a mod that allowed you to use the other default lights as your light.

Well, It's good knowing that it's possible, But is there a way to make it so everyone has the same light?

It is. There is an event that can do it.
