it's not 55 stories deep it's 55 stories above the ground and it's in Marina Bay Sands Skypark hotel in Singapore.
It is reportedly the largest pool in the world at that height... not that it must have much competition

And there is only one man swimming. The lounge chairs are probably so people can sit down and look at it.
