Hey, my server just wont start I have no idea whats wrong.... Everyone says things about something like vPnP what is that? what do i need to do to start my server besides port forwording

"Server" could mean anything that has to do with your server, not just it won't work. It could mean one of many:
My server won't work
My server's bricks won't load
No one can join my server
My server is not on the server list
etc.

You don't know if your brick's won't load if you can't start the server. You don't know if your server is not on the server list if you can't start a server. You don't know if anyone can join your server if you can't start a server...

dude I can join through LAN and cant load anything but noone can join and it shows up on the server list with --- ping

In the OP, you said your server will not start, now you are saying it starts, but no one can join. Which one is it?

Also, make sure you are not opening dedicatedLAN.bat

Im opening the right one for sure ive done it before and it worked... In the OP i mean t osay it opens with --- ping but in Help theres no modify button so... ya

If you are port forwarding, make sure [Disable uPnP] in Network under Options is checked, If you haven't port forwarded, you can't host unless that is unchecked.

Yes. you have to use one or the other, Port forwarding is prefered if you can do it though.
