It votes every 10 minutes, because sometimes the computer can't schedule 20 minutes correctly. It'll still be as if you voted every 20 minutes.

found an easier way to cheat.

1. Wait till the Wait button goes away
2. Open up 30 different windows.
3. Press Vote on each one of them for North Korea.
4. Wait 20 more minutes
5. Repeat.

It seems like Israel is getting 70 more votes then North Korea every 5 minutes.

Poland is gaining incredibly fast at a rate of about 4 votes every Second. When North Korea gets about 1 or 2. Israel is about the same or even less.
