Okay so ive been trying to enable the mini nuke whenever i enable it and i go in game it isnt there. can someone please tell me why.

As in the files for this addon have been crapped from the game, you can't enable this add-on because it's banned.

they have changed/hacked the mininuke files, making it not recognizably banned, so they can enable it.
