Me? Sword or claymore/greatsword.


UPDATE: REAL weapons - Generic, No magic, no fantasy.

UPDATE2: Melee dumbasses. Archery is ranged.

Archery = The friends with swords can't get to you before an arrow is in their chest.

Vs. A very heavy sword and an unskilled combatant, I'd use a light dagger, wait until they stumble from the weight of the sword, and go for the throat.

And if they have a large metal shield?

That's where your idiotic brethren come in with their maces and daggers and stuff.
Also, if they don't see where you are, they can't block stuff from your direction.

I prefer the Longbow. I'll just shoot you heavy armor guys in the face where you have a weakspot. Plus I get several chances before you get close to me. =)
