Server isn't on the list

When I start a dedicated server (the right way) after a few days it doesn't show up in the server list...
Someone help

And I never closed the console that it was on...

And then like a day later I find it...

are you running dedicated.bat or dedicatedLAN.bat?

Sometimes firewalls block it from appearing on the server list, Go onto your anti virus programs and check if they allow blockland to work.
