Yeah, we've all heard about it, and I hate it. So, I am asking for help to fix it.

I've heard that if you set the timescale to .2 and then you speed up the clip (x5) you get clean fps, is that true?

Yeah exactly.

Anybody know how to do this on mac with iMovie HD?

Also, it is when you have to slow the timescale to 0.2 and then you speed it up in your favorite editing software.

(Windows movie maker 6.0 is what I am using, and it comes out very smooth)
