Ok well i've been playing blockland for a while and just recently i got rtb and i was getting maps from it and all the maps water was white so im wondering if i just reinstall it (and if i did would i lose my add-ons) or should i wait and see if it changes

No, wouldn't lose your add-ons. It would ask you if you wanted to back them up in the installation.
