How do you modify the crapons list?

I was recently on a server with a crap on that was actually enabled ingame. I tried to enable that same addon on my own server, but it was disabled! I tried to modify the crapon list, but that didn't work either, nor did deleting it help.

you dont edit it all you have to do is change the weps name e.g. mini nuke = mini nuke launcher then change name in name cheek and in the script

i found the crap ons list cleared both of them
