SOMEONE IS LETTING ENERGY FLOW HUR HUR HUR

"Let your energy flow like your emotions. lululul Water bending is like that."

Seriously. It's Star Wars man.

USE THE FORCE

Sherwowowowowow

USE THE FORCE, AANG UNG

UNG, SOCCER, KITTYRA, ZOO K.O., TOEPH

On a side note, something I forgot to mention was the close-ups.

M. Night felt the need to be extremely in your face with the actors when they're talking. It bugged me.

that was pretty well written you should post it on one of those site s that pay you money for writing stuff, the reviews tend to get the most views and more views ussually means more money.

Eragon the movie was terrible, but shaddup about the book. That was great

I saw on the news that it was racially insensitive since Asians in the series wasn't casted by Asians in the movie.  Because people look and look for something just to bitch about.

Let's hope it is.

Complete review.

I lol'd.

This is so sad, because I actually watched the original series. I really liked the original series. When I saw that they had someone cast as princess Yue (Who doesn't appear until the end of season 1), I knew that this couldn't end well. I intended to watch the movie anyways, just for the sake of having watched it, but then I read the reviews. "It's awful in every way. Even some that haven't yet been invented". I watched Toy Story 3 instead.

-Which sucks, because I love The original Cartoon of this show.

The actual Cartoon had so many things going for it: Good voice actors, great fight scenes, a clean and good plot which didn't go all crazy. It was comedic, it was action packed, and even scary, and overall one of the best Nickelodeon shows I've ever seen.

If M.Night Shamalame hadn't written the script, or at least watched a single episode of Avatar, this would've been a great movie. Also, they should have used chinese or tan-skinned actors instead of Crackers.

they used crackers for actors? no wonder it was so terrible they can't even talk, let alone act. I bet they lost some of the good actors to the hungry crew.

Sounds handicapped.

Also, from what i saw in the Commercial, its bad acting

No sir. It was not.

Farm boy, learns of rebellion by a princess' message. Seeks out an old man who tells him he's the last of an ancient religion and teaches him the way of the magical arts. The two venture off to save the princess, where they meet a rough renegade who ends up helping them. All while attempting to stop the thwarts of an evil empire. Now if you tell me "yes, that's Eragon" I tell you, no, it's Star Wars and it came out in 1977.

Eragon was unoriginal and awful. I couldn't even finish it, it was so poorly written. And by poorly written, I mean it was just dull. It wasn't anything new or exciting, just rehashed bullstuff we've seen a thousand times before. And the kid was like, what, 15 when he published it? That right there just shows you.

EDIT: Oh, and to add on to that, sure, I will agree that Star Wars was also reused ideas as Lucas sites The Hero with a Thousand Faces by Joseph Campbell as a big inspiration for writing it, but never before had someone done it in a unique setting and style, with dynamic lovable characters and a keen sense of film directing. Sure, the sequels were better than the original, but in no way is it any less of a classic. Eragon basically took Star Wars, put it in the middle ages, turned the force into dragon riding, and then wrote a long and boring book about it.
