Because neon blue is a terrible color.

I have composed my own palette of colors that I think work the best under most circumstances. There are no harsh, neon colors here, only pleasant, useful hues. (huehue) Also, RTB won't accept my file because so many things go wrong I will settle this with a grenade.

Seems like a good colorset.
Nicely organised, good color flow from light brown to dark(er) brown and same for white to black.

I'm not really into very many colorsets, but for some reason, this is very nice in my opinion. Nice job as always, Squideey.

The colors are very serious. They feel plastic and dusty if I can touch them.

It seems to me your missing some essential colors like a white transparent, also the green in the first and second rows are very similar to the greens in the sixth row.
