Dude, maybe you should just have someone else do it...

2.0 and x16 are different measurements. the x16 is a measurement of the size of the slot and the 2.0 i'm not sure exactly.



wait : You are talking about processors? I had to look at those exact same numbers (x16 and 2.0) when I was installing my new graphics card, are you sure you are talking about the right piece of technology?

Also, I am talking about Video cards.

A graphics card listed using the PCIe 2.0 spec is backwards compatible with regular PCIe x16 slots. There is no physical difference between the slots, and the card will work fine.
