WEAPON ADD ONS WORK BUT VEHICLES DONT?

I got a new desktop and i know how to put add ons in and stuff but when i go to checkmark the add ons the vehicles arent there?

you downloaded them wrong then.

how can you download them wrong?... you just press download, open, extract all files, browse, blockland,,add ons???

You don't extract it...
You save it to your desktop then drag into your Add-Ons folder...
