Just Revived My Dell stuffbox

Just reformatted the drive to EXT3 and installed Lucid Puppy (Puppy Linux).  I want to post pics but I was wondering.  A few things you guys can tell me...all help is appreciated.  Now on with the questions...
-How do I uninstall things?
-How do I post screen shots of Puppy?
-Is Wine available for Puppy?  (No, not actual wine but the computer [Linux] Program.   And Puppy Linux not an actual dog!
