Fiddle with the scripts that are inside the add-ons folder and try to make as best sense as you can of them. You will need to know 2 things in order to create an add-on. How to script(which means how to code in the games language) and how to model. Oh, ok I lied.. You'll also need to know how to package all of those things together into a .zip folder.
