I think this is actually a pretty good idea. Since one of the default decals is a hoodie, you could turn your neck off so you can look like your visorless helmet is the hood.

The head (named Headskin) has the neck part of it. To do this, you'd need to model a new head without the neck, then slap it on with the headskin hidden.
