I don't know of what skyscraper you're refering to but in the Empire State building you can go inside floors 80, 86 and 102. It has the lobby to take the elevators.
For the Twin Towers you can go inside the South Tower observation deck at 107th floor and the outdoor observation deck which is higher. In the North Tower you can go to the top at 107th floor where there's the Windows of the World restaurant. Both Towers have their lobby which you take the elevator to the top.

The Sears Tower is not finished but has the observation deck at 103th floor.
Chrysler building doesn't have interiors (It's shorter than 80 stories).

i live in the states, but my grandparents are in brazil, there is suppose to be a little ' over the first "a" but there wasn't enough space. also, this is true to the detail of the actual buildings, so if it takes spam to make them look more real, then spam is what you get.
