Also, I'm going to be away for say six weeks? I have to have surgery on that infection. I've never had surgery in my life so wish me luck, all my friends are asleep so I have no emotional support but my parents.

But in seriousness, it will be okay. You'll go in, they'll take some tests. They will give you a lot of sedative, you go to sleep, wake up, it hurts a bit but then you get more pills and it's over. Easy as pie. I know you like sleeping so it will be a breeze.
