Sending punch packet to 127.0.0.1

I have someone trying to join my server and it keeps sending a punch packet to some random IP, a local IP, and then local host.
It looks something like this. (This is NOT when I connect but when someone else does).

Sending Punch Packet to IP:173.59.228.97
Sending Punch Packet to IP:192.168.1.2
Sending Punch Packet to IP:127.0.0.1
Any way or idea on how to fix this?

I left my server up for a bit and now its working. But if someone could maybe explain the above it would help

127.0.0.1 is a loopback connection. Are you trying to connect to your own server?
