Well the important thing, Destroyer, is that everyone was safe and is well. You can replace a car, not a life. Be thankful that worse hadn't taken place. And also, good luck on getting all of this settled out and your car fixed up. Just try to stay positive and look upon the silver lining. As for your neck, see a chiropractor or someone, make sure nothing serious happened. I'm sure you'll be alright, though.

I really don't see how the van is at fault, I mean if you knew there was a blind spot the best choice is to be very careful, not fly out into oncoming traffic and get clipped.
