This is why PC is awesome.

This was a nuetral video.  It showed how you are entitled to your opinion.

They may not get viruses, but the hardware randomly explodes on you.
No it doesn't.

My PC did though. :(

No it doesn't and they do get viruses. It's possible to virus any type of computer, the only reason they're hailed for not having viruses is because it's harder to make them due to the lack of the ability to really develop for them. Windows is much more versatile, allowing for a wider range of programs and whatnot, but also a wider range of viruses. That's not a legitimate argument. A mac user is much more safe, at the expense of modification, meaning mac users can be more stupid without repercussions.

Also 'security through obscurity'.

They may not get many viruses, but the hardware randomly explodes on you.

Fix'd, forgot to add that.

This is the way I see it:

You use a Mac if you can't operate a PC without breaking it, forking over cash to Geeksquad to help you understand what USB devices are, or just outright complaining that your PC doesn't work well because you downloaded some scam program to "speed up your PC" and you bought a piece of stuff from 1993.

You use a PC if you actually know how to work a computer without breaking it and are willing to open up your computer in order to fix a problem if necessary.

PCs are great for learning about technology
mac is great if you just feel like making basic videos no questions asked

Bump.
Mac sucks. Get a PC. Herpdurp.  :cookieMonster:
Ninja Edit: Added a Maccigarette preventer to my RPG. Kills any Mac users at the spawn point with VCE. :D

One reason I hate Apple

PC:
1. Great for gaming
2. Great for work (Microsoft Office is good for this)
3. Speed varies, but can easily be upgraded for more powerful speed

Mac:
1. Decent for gaming, but PCs started the whole gaming thing
2. Great for work (if you have Microsoft Office ololol)
3. Speed varies, but is totally un-upgradable

That was pretty good; "I have a mac and a pc and as far as I can see they both do the same stuff..."

That's what I see. No one is better then the other. Mac if you like simplicity, PC if you want a good computer

Yep I'm a Mac user.

You've never owned a mac, have you?

I like this video, and I agree with most of the points in it.

I wish Microsoft and Apple were more competitive and tried harder to come out with fixes for reasons not to use said OS.

for the record, I'm wanting to check out 7. I have no access to it, though.

I do

And I wish I could speed it up like I did for my old desktop PC
