Well, I actually emailed Roblox about one user who was raiding us yesterday and gave them his main account name and 2 of his alternative user accounts and they removed his account from Roblox.

They respond quite quickly and deal with the situation well. In the future if people raid us you shouldn't hesitate to contact them.
