I would say just port the standard blockhead and other things like (back items and hats) then just let people make skins for themselves.

u is smrt  You can't just make a skin without the QC or anything.  By the way, I'm thinking I'll give up on the jeep, I haven't ever made an SVehicle, and I think it would be too much work to do for me right now.  I probably will use that time to port avatar items.
