I upload things on Mediafire for free so no, you do not need a payed account

If you create a free site like Weebly or Google Sites, you can post uploads there. I find it easier because you can post a direct download link.

You don't need Mediafire. You can Upload it to RTB or just put the Actual File as an Attachment in Faces, Decals, And Prints.

go here>click upload to this folder>click the box to upload files>click the file you want to upload>click upload>share the link

well, you could just click the obvious buttons on mediafire that lead to uploading files, they're even labled :D
