Actually, the spill is all a conspiracy. Obama is using it as an excuse to evacuate areas and put residents in near-by towns into concentration camps, like they did in FEMA. He is doing this to decrease population and so that the Illuminati (Who fixed the election so one of their High Priests, AKA Obama, would win) can further construct their underground base so they can form a community that worships Satan. Once the coasts are cleared, it will be only a matter of time before they brutally slaughter all those inland who refuse to worship him.
At least, that's what one lady told me at my local flea market. :o
