Portal Gun by Space Guy

The RTB topic was too old to post in so I thought I'd post here.

I don't like how the portals are... well.... fuzzy. http://sites.google.com/site/spacemods/Blockland_00020.jpg

Notice how the portals are very bright and well... round. Valve's portals are oval. Not round. Just an idea, I still like the portal gun, just wish the portals were oval and had sharp edges. Possibly less bright.

Yeah, by putting it in drama, it's like ASKING for flame.

Anyways, I stand by my opinion that it should be in Suggestions.

As for the idea itself: It's an unneeded aesthetic change. The portals as they are are fine. As far as I know, they're round because making them oval would be too difficult or just not possible given the scripting. As for the "fuzzy", there's no way to show what's beyond the portal so they covered it with particle effects. Making these changes either way would be a waste of time in my book.
