Can't Access RTB2 Archives?

It comes up with a 403 Forbidden error. If there is no workaround, can someone direct me to the mp7 that the creator of Half Life 2 Deathmatch for Blockland used?

If you didn't know, Ephialtes, the RTB founder, closed down the RTB2 archives to stop people from re-posting old add-ons.

What the hell?! That archive was so useful.. I used it to grab old codes, throw em together and make decent private addons. I don't release addons for the public. Well, I've only released two addons that were stupid. Haha
