If you want my advice, I would tell you to make something else.
You're clearly a pretty good builder, and the fact that many of the members are on the fence about this show that.
The only thing is though, houses are often very difficult to app with, due to that fact they can get very boring to voters.
So, if it's at all possible for you to build something more original to this quality, I think you might have a much better chance.
