It can light matches, pop balloons, cut through tape. Take down a plane, and yes, it would probbally cut through a thin peice of wood.

I have many, if that's what you're talking about.
It's illegal to import/export the u.s, but it's legal to build one, as long as you don't sell them. The one you find that, I linked you, is too underpowered to be illegal.

yah, if you hit them hard enough to knock them out, you can pour gasoline on them afterwards, and throw cigar onto them like badass :D
