I'm generally not too keen on letting people who can't even post their own application join, however silly the reason for his ban might have been. I'm a silly person, and I've never been banned. Is it a timed ban? In that case, I would like to see him repost this application once he gets his posting rights back.

Beach got a key revoked for using Truce's "leaked" fake key stealer script. I don't know if that got him permabanned from the forums.

I really like the modern house, but the other two are meh.

I would totally say 'yes" if it were just the house, but the fact that the other two are included in the app; it makes me stop and think. I'm really not sure on this guys.
