Tier+Tactical is not working?/ZAPT director glitch?

I am trying to make a game with the tier+tactical pack but it is not working for some reason. When I try to shoot it, it just does the animation, none bullet come out and it dosen't make a sound.

I am trying to work with ZAPT too but it dosen't work. When, I do the minigame, no zombies spawn at all.

They must not be Mob Zombie spawns.
Mob zombie spawns are for player zombies.

actualy, the mob spawns on the mob spawns funnily enough...
players spawn on the zombie spawns, as the zombie specified on the brick
