I tried to fix the audio and it's being stupid.
I hate how complicated these things are.

Now I can't have both windows open at once or else the game freezes the screen on me.

Sorry, the game froze, I had to ALT F4
And besides, the aiming was snapping to a grid so it couldn't light a torch.
