I know that, I'm just asking if he's asking the doctor if the engineer is insane, or if he's asking the doctor if he still thinks the operation was insane, etc etc

I don't see why you wouldn't call a man insane after he chopped off his hand and replaced it with a robotic one.

Some of my progressive achievements appear to have reset themselves for no good reason, including the one for killing 50 Scouts with the Syringe Gun (I had maybe 3/50 so it's not that bad) and the one for backstabbing 10 of your friends (I had 5/10). >:(

Some of mine are doing that too. Also on Left 4 Dead 2.
