I just got my server started and my welcome massage wolnt pop up sand i need help on the %1 because it wonlt how the persons name. so can you plz help me?

Return to Blockland 3.4 - Filesize (1.09mb)
2. Start up Blockland.
3. Start up a game.
4. Go to the admin menu.
- To open the admin menu, press CTRL + A.
- ALTERNATIVE: Press the esc button and press admin menu.
5. Go to server control. (green button)
6. Change the welcome message.

that's what i did i have rtb and it still wouldn't pop up!!!
