Broken internet?

For some reason, I cannot seem to access any site except from the Blockland Forum, for some reason
Whenever I go to a site, it just loads up and then this shows up
(See Attachment since I cant access a photo uploading site)

Go to Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options Then go to Connections, click LAN settings, and make sure "Use a proxy server for your LAN" isnt checked in
