You should set Oligarchy up there, Respected Non-Admins and Admins rule.

You get banned for whining, being stupid.

 That is why you never trust your admins. Or wait, no, thats not the right motivational speach. That is why you have an exclusive admin list, with the report mod.

Banning people for whining and stupidity are contradictory. The way to deal with whiners is usually A: To stop being high-and-mighty and explain to the person, or just to fix the problem. Or B: /Mute

If you're annoying everyone else and not responding to what I say, I'll ban. Otherwise people can pretty much do what they want - I don't run any of the "admin only minigames" mods or make lists and lists of threatening rules. Bricks do not lag so I'll leave any spam unless it's in the way of others or you're spawning way too many things like vehicles and zombies.
