I don't see how a cool down on a sandvich does much balance...

So that way you can't retreat behind a wall and engulf a sandwich quickly then pop out and get injured then rinse and repeat.

Most servers I'm on the Heavy only gets to do that maybe about once.

i dont see why a cooldown timer for sandvich isn't better. it seems like the last place you'd be when you wanted a sandvich was at a health refiller.

First day of the engi update, I started hearing everyone complaining that it was a huge nerf.

I don't see what the big deal is.
