moving profile pictures help (locked... got helped.)

I was trying to make that popomatic-kitten my profile picture. I've seen the other moving pictures, and I wanted to try one, but it always comes up as the kitten just sitting in the cup (on the left). Can somebody help me please?

Get the original picture and save as a GIF. You'll maybe see some difference in the moving picture itself but it'll still go.

It is saved as a GIF. Should i save it as a video or picture?

It also needs to be resized to 75x75 or the first frame will only show
