Real submarines don't go up regularly in water, they sink.
Yes. But If You think about this vehicle, You want it to be afloat for docking and such, and then you can go down. If You leave your submarine vehicle, it would sink to the floor with your idea.
I also was thinking, Im guessing this would have to be a bot so that the water physics would make the Submarine Go Up when in the water..
