But really, when i was young, this is all i had on my computer, windows 2000 was the stuff back then.

Ironically enough, I'm looking at this page with Windows ME. Fixing up an old laptop of mine from the late ninties. The thing couldn't handle XP or 2000 without hardware change, so I "upgraded" to ME.

I think it was just your graphics card or something, because it looks fine to me right now.
