     Add-ons, you could get Tier, and Terismo, and the Skycrane, and you should be set with any other outcast of vehicles.

You really only need RTB for sure and anything else that suits your server for whatever your hosting.

You don't need tiertactical or ZAPT or a couple of vehicles unless you're actually hosting some deathmatch versus zombies with vehicles.
