BlockBot has an excellent memory despite her old age, and this has apparently been causing some problems. For example, imagine this situation:

IM SCARED blockbot is a she so that must meen shes a real person meening shes on it 24/7 and thats imposible because she could just sleep when blockland is on but she still bans people so i think blockbot is actuelly an it!

Assuming you're talking about what koopascooper said, he was referring to the fact that unplugging your router and replugging it in will reset it, thus changing your IP address. What he dosn't realize is that RTB IRC bans are based on BL_ID and not IP.

Not necessarily. It's by hostmask, not BL_ID.
