How do i add jobs to City RP?

Alright, so my friend got possession of this stuffty city RP mod called peoplemods_cityrp.
Alrighty then.
It comes complete with a jobs list but he wants to add jobs and i have "NO" idea how to do it.
If anyone whos a fan of city rp, or previously messed around with it, can tell me how to add jobs too it?
