Try "Cashmod 2", you can add a building cost.
As for hosting a city rp style thing, use "Core RP", and its extensions.

I know how to run a cityRP I wasn't asking about that, but thanks for FINALLY answering my question about the mod. ll check it out.

Cashmod doesnt work with RPCore and its extensions. The gui thing replaces the cashmod gui. Also I only want them to pay for baseplates not every brick... kinda like "lots" from cityrp.
