Defragging didn't work, see the picture in the OP.

Defragging is always the last thing you do. Try the other suggestions mentioned in this thread, and then when you are down to 30gb full try defragmenting. If you can't get below 30gb don't bother running defrag, just keep trying to find stuff to delete.

Anyways, I just started the disk cleanup part, and it says I'm getting back ~5,000,000 KB. That's 4.768GB according to (5,000,000/1024)/1024.
