Author Topic: ►►►Fix Avatar Blurness  (Read 1896 times)

The main reason avatars for the forums end up blurry is because the forum's automatic resizer is crappy.
Dont upload a 120x120 image, because it will end up blurry.
Use Gimp, Photoshop, Paint.NET, etc. to shrink it to 75x75.
After that, upload the avatar you saved.

I have examples, if you dont believe me.

now I really can't because there aren't any pictures

I always used 75x75 on avatars.

this is a good example, I can clearly see the differences here.

I found that people who can't resize a simple image usually they'll have nothing worth whiled to say. It a good way to tell people apart for me.

No more jpeg clusterstuff!

Then "Save" to your computer.

*EDIT*: Also make sure your uploading your picture on "Single Picture".

Lol, I've never had this problem because I've always followed the "75x75" guideline.

That must be one of the first ever used of that kind of phrase which is actually literal.
Congratulations!
