What happens when you try to send a message?

When I click Outbox or New Message it says:
An Error has Occurred!
You're not allowed to send messages.

I don't see why not though...

you've somehow abused the PM system and Badspot took notice

have you sent any spam / useless PM's / offensive material to anyone?

No,not really. I barely use the PM system at all if I think about it.
