I have a loving weird virus

I was just on the computer. Turned it on and i had abesolutely no control of my mouse pad. And all of a sudden the mouse was moving by itself. It changed my username without even logging in, and somehow a BSOD poped up. It said the compur haz cashed becauz u are a gay n1gger. Can anyone help me?

One time I was browsing my PC and my dad started controlling the computer for me, it was really weird.

He said he can check my browser at any time on his own computer to see what I'm doing, made me scared.

first off. Its a laptop.
Second. I tried reformatting. The virus somehows copies itself. The bios somehow works fine as if it is not infected. But i boot up windows in an external HDD. It works fine.
