My server lags on internet, but not single player

for some reason, when i host an internet server, when i spawn i lag like hell even with no people in the server, while in SP, i don't lag at all

Mine was like that also.Did you try restarting it or cutting down on the addons and/or bricks?

i did restart, and there were no bricks, and there arnt' that many addons that i can remove, as i'm using them, and there arn't too many (i had more before and it was working better)

Of couse it lags on the internet.
Single Player, you are playing with your computer and you don't need any internet frames to play it. But in Internet, you will always lag a bit because it may be the high ping that's causing the lag. if the connection between 2 computers ping is higher than 100 miliseconds, you may lag.

High ping between what?
His processor to his RAM?
He's HOSTING the server.

that, and there was nobody in it... it was lagging after i spawned, and while i was loading, and building
